IT'S RAINING HERE - It's my recent short film(live action)..............only with the purpose of learning the craft of film  making did this work.had a great experience working in this movie. thanks to all the friends for their great support!!!!!. 

in this current movie a small bible story is told by one of the lead character. i thought of using animation in that part.so eagerly did these concept sketches and all other designs as a animator
 ( a thought of Tim Burton in my mind).

but at the process of editing we find its distracting the flow of the film. so are unable to include it in the movie.

i had a great time working on these.........learned a lot.

some times i used to think 'am i week or the work is too demanding'.......finally the work is done. feeling relaxed.

deepest gratitude to my eternal mentor dr.daisaku ikeda !!!

so many people contributed greatly in this movie................first my brother mohan for finding a sasikumar sir for producing a film and supporting very much in the casting of the film.

my sincere thanks to sasikumar sir's. for his great support and his faith on me.

 than greeshma my wife.........her anger is like monsoon rain........ you know its a rainy season......but you don't exactly know when it will rain and shine.

my friend Ranjith............what can i say about him...........if this work is good in anyway, its because of his influence on me..........in his very highly hectic schedule of his movie madras he took time to read my short film script and gave me his valuable suggestions. that added great value to the script........and helping me to finish the film.

my friend jai........ dont know how to thank him.......still i didnt paid back the money he brought from jagan for the last day of shoot. thanks to jagan also. and supporting all the way from behind.

gopi he assisted me in this film.............he always thinks beyond me.......fulfills the needs of mine whether in spot or in discussion.

ginu ........another guy who assisted me........very hard worker.........finishes thing  on time and properly. he took complete responsibility.

damu, visvanath, bala their very good support on the spot.

both of my DOP's chittirai and deepak for their wonderful support.......with limited equipment.

ஒற்றை வைக்கோல் புரட்சி

  
         சில நாட்களுக்கு முன்பு  -மசானபு  ப்புகொகாவின் "ஒற்றை வைக்கோல் புரட்சி "  என்ற புத்தகம் படிக்கும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்தது .அடிப்படையில் இது வேளாண்மை சார்ந்த புத்தகமாக இருந்தாலும் எனக்கு இது , வாழ்வையும் இயற்க்கையையும் புரிந்துகொல்ல தன் ஆயுள் முழுதும் உழைத்த ஒரு தத்துவவாதியின் வார்த்தைகளாகவே படுகின்றது .

        மசானபு  ப்புகொகாவின் துறை இயற்கை வேளாண்மையாக இருக்கிறது .இந்த  புத்தகம் படிக்கும்போது  ஆங்கங்கே எனக்கு என் ஓவியகல்லுரி ஆசிரியர், ஓவியர் திரு.சந்துரு சாரின் வார்த்தைகளும்   மனதில்   வந்து சென்றது .சந்துரு சாரோடு  பேசும்போது   எப்பவுமே எனக்குள் ஒரு ஆச்சர்யமும் சந்தோஷமும் இருந்துகொண்டே இருக்கும்.எப்படி இவரால்  ஒரு விசாயத்தை  இவ்வளவு ஆழமாவும் தெளிவாவும், புரிந்துகொள்ளவும் விளக்கிசொல்லவும் முடிகிறது என்று.

      அதே  உணர்வை இந்த  புத்தகம் மூலம்   மசானபு  ப்புகொகா எனக்கு அளிக்கிறார் . 

 

இப்புத்தகத்தில் எனக்கு  மிக பிடித்த வரிகள் ,


    " பள்ளிபடிப்பிற்கு உள்ளார்ந்த மதிப்பு எதுவும் கிடையாது . அனால் உலகத்தோடு ஒட்டி வாழ ஒருவன் 'படித்திருக்க ' வேண்டும் என்ற நிபந்தனையை மனித இனம் விதிக்கும் போது ,அது தேவயானதகிவிடுகிறது".

I JUST HAD THIS QUESTION IN MY MIND WHICH REALLY HELPS TO CULTIVATE OUR HUMAN SOCIETY,IS IT BOOKS OR FILMS.......?

MOST OF THE TIME I THOUGHT ITS A BOOK..........!

BUT I SEEN THIS RATATOUILLE A PIXAR'S FILM,RECENTLY FOR A TWENTIETH TIME................!

I REALLY AMASSED BY THESE DIALOGUES FROM THIS FILM.EVERY TIME I SEE THESE PARTS IT JUST GIVE ME THE SAME HAPPINESS OF READING GREAT LITERATURE OR LETTING A BABY'S SOFT FINGERS TOUCHING YOUR FACE OR WALKING ALONE IN THE LAST WORKING DAY OF THE WEEKS EVENING IN THE BEACH WITH LESS OF THOUGHT IN MIND,THESE THINGS LOOKS FRESH EVERY TIME WHEN ITS HAPPENING.THE SAME WAY I FELT ABOUT THESE DIALOGUES.

I AM THINKING NOW ITS NOT THE MEDIUM WHICH MAKES ANY WORK A GREAT WORK, BUT THE LIFE OR EMOTION WHICH IT CARRY'S,ONLY THAT MAKES THE WORK GREAT.
